Wow, you’d have to be a pretty big fan of a good joke to have the guts to graffiti a sign emphasizing the illegality of graffiti. I’d like to shake this person’s hand…unless of course they did get caught and they’re in jail…I don’t need to be shaking the hand of convicts, no thanks!
