HAHAHAHA! This is what happens when the people who are supposed to uphold the laws, decide to break them themselves. Enter police hilarity! Someone should really have told this guy in his training that no one in the history of ever, has any one overdosed on marijuana. My favorite quote: “Time is going by really really really really slow.
